Hi everyone!
Here were are blogging.... :)! We thought it would be a good idea to start this blog thing, because it will be easier to keep in touch with everyone, although Facebook does a great job, too. :)
Anyways he we are, ready to blog about our life.
After our wonderful wedding on August 18, 2007, we had a great honeymoon in Switzerland with lots of hiking, swimming, enjoying the sunshine and 3 crazy guys. Yeah, that's right, we brought friends on our honeymoon. Chris, Conway and Monny came all the way from Oregon to celebrate our wedding with us, so we decided to take them along on our honeymoon. But guess what, now we get to come on three more honeymoons! :) Anyways we had a great time with them and we all had the best vacations of our lives.
A few days later we got ready to move ourselves to Lulea, North Sweden. Jules' master program takes him up here for one term. So now we are living in the very North of Europe, trying to learn Swedish and to adapt to another country & culture. The Sweds are friendly people who all speak very good English. However, the town is rather small and the university consists just of 6 buildings. We are approximately 300km away from the arctic circle so soon enough it will be dark for most of the day!
Anyways, we are hoping to stay in contact with everyone, and we'll be writing soon again with more details about our life in Sweden.
